this is not my dog i guess you can call it a recue dog.. i do not like the fact that they did not take care of this animal so i want to get rid of the sagging skin that is now on her stomach area. is there a cream or some type of way that i can get rid of that baby fat she has. she lost all the weight from the pups but the skin is still there and she still has the big nipples. it just looks unreagular.. any suggestions??? thanks

Ooookay… so about 3 months ago I noticed small red bumps on the bottoms of my feet when I was in the shower. Also, my hands felt gritty when I rubbed them while they were wet. There was a sensation like there was something covering my hands. A couple hours later I noticed I had small raised blisters on the palms of my hands and on the sides of my fingers. I also notice I had small red bumps on my arms, chest, back, and legs; just about everywhere. I assumed it was an allergic reaction and decided to wait it out. After 2 days it didn’t get any better so I went to urgent care. The doctor that examined me thought it was strep since it was a fine, sandpaper-like rash. He did a quick strep test and a throat culture, both of which came back negative, but he put me on an antibiotic and prednisone. The red bumps went away in about a week, but the skin on the bottoms of my feet was thick, bumpy, and it itched. After a couple more weeks my feet hadn’t gotten any better and my hands were scaling, so I went back to urgent care. The doctor that looked at my feet agreed that it was athlete’s foot and gave me clotrimazole cream. I used the cream for a month or so on my hands and feet and it didn’t see to help. At this point, my feet were starting to peel really bad. Also, I would get itchy all over my body at times, especially when I was under stress or if I was warm. About a month after all this had started, I developed the worst case of dandruff I’ve ever had, and my face and ears were peeling. I went in to see a dermatologist who did nothing more than look at my feet and my face. He seemed to think it was more likely some type of psoriasis or eczema than a fungal infection. My concern was my family. I have a 8 month old baby at home and I didn’t want to pass a fungal infection on to her, but this doctor made it sound like fungal infections were no big deal. He said wherever there are people, there is fungus and 50% of people who are exposed to it get it and have it for life, and the other 50% are immune to it. He prescribed me triamcinolone acetonide cream to use on my face (once a day for 2 weeks) and on my feet (twice a day for a month). The dandruff and face/ear peeling did go away and after a month my feet look a lot better, but they still itch and I still get that itching sensation all over. It seemed like it was getting better for a while, then about a week ago I had a flair-up and I now have a couple small circular rashes on my wrists and my forearm. The rashes are not perfectly circular, nor are they ring-shaped, so I don’t think it’s ringworm. The dermatologist also had me use AmLactin, as he suspected my itching may be due to dry skin from the cold weather, even though he said my skin doesn’t look dry. I have been using that and it doesn’t seem to help. I am done with the dermatologist and still don’t really know what’s wrong with me. Any ideas?

Ok so I have these tiny little bumps( NOT pimples) just like a rash type thing on my face. You can’t even SEE it but I can feel it and it drives me INSANE!!! I have tryed home remedys likehoney and lemon, and I even washed my face with baby wash!!! I can’t TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! I don’t care is omeone gives me advise as a home remedy just HELP!!!! I want SOFT SKIN!!!!

Hello, I’m 35F with normal skin type, and olive skin tone, that has used Oil of Olay for Sensitive Skin since I was 16 and had no issues until now as I go through my 1st cold winter in Nebraska after living in Austin, TX for the past 9 years.

My skin has drastically changed due from my pregnancy in 2008 where it went from a minor skin condition on my arms that has now spread to my entire body, hair breaking & falling out, and now my beautiful, blemish free, face is dry and feels like snake skin, instead of the soft, moisturized skin I once had. It’s really bad next to my ear and on my ears, as I have skin peeling off like I had a bad sunburn.

I’ve always taken care of my face, kept it out of the sun, used good makeup products, and washed it and only got blemishes once a month which I have no control over. I dont have wrinkles and I want to keep it that way but my Oil of Olay daily cream and my Oil of Olay Regernist Night Cream are not cutting it anymore so I need help. Also, it’s rare that I wear makeup so you can rule that issue out.

I dont want to join a skin club or have someone be a rep of a product they want me to sell. I’ve been there, done that, it’s a waste of my time and my skin cant take the abuse. It is sensitive, meaning anything with alcohol turns my face red. I’ve tried Mary Kay, Avon, and Clinique as well and nothing worked. I’ve used Lubriderm and even my baby’s lotion and nothing helps. So if anyone can give me a product that doesnt cost a ton of money that they know 100% will work, please share and give me a Web site to visit. Thanks

Okay, I am still 13 years old and my face use to be really soft, smooth, and glow-like.
But when I start getting these dark circles from lack of sleep, I used concealer. Bad mistake, I start noticing my skin getting sorta rough on some places and my face looks old not baby like anymore. So I stopped using it and try to take care of it better with just natural things like water and moisturizer/sunscreen.
I know that I have to sleep in order for my skin to be healthy but what more can I do?
It would be helpful if you can list some NATURAL *Not Proactive, Clique, or SkinID, etc* like homemade facials.
I already use St. Ives apricot scrub and it really helps. And Neutrogena Cleansing Soap.
Please help!! I’ll do anything to keep from looking old for using too much make-up.
*P.S. I only use mascara and moisturizer. No eyeshadow or foundation etc.

i gotten two dwarf hamsters from two different litters back in the same pet store in feb. the smallest one we got kinda looked ruff evan mine look like it was picked on by its other brother’s and sisters. but this one was all scabby and flaky but thought he would get better over time when given a better home.

but gave poor thing a month to get better but he lost all his hair. his skin was scabby /flaky badly. and skin was cracking where he was bleeding. felt bad for the poor thing and took him back to the pet store ask for help and the manager just told me that its whole litter was like that must been a bad jean cause they had no mites and they couldn’t Figger out what they had. but two weeks later the older hamster we had became worse also and feared i loose him too. i wanted a pet that will last cause i get lone. well talked to the store manager and he said all their hamster got what ever this thing is that was killing all these poor hamsters. they only had one left so i got it. so far so good only had them for two weeks.

also fist hamster i traded in and got this sweet fluffy girl that turned out to be Preggy had baby’s the next day after having her. her babies are now two weeks old. and i been looking at them two of the babies seem to have exactly what the last two hamsters did.

i’ve have 10 gallen tanks and i cleaned them vary carefully. never used bleach or hard soap. i used little bit of soft soap to make sure what ever the last hamsters had was gone. and scrubbed them in vary hot water. the mommy hamster had no other contact with hamsters since in my care. she shows no sign of this flaking skin. i got normal hamster food from Walmart (don’t know brand threw away bag) but i did freeze the food to kill any pet that might been in it. and they Just have a Metal wheel and water bottle. and some paper Towel rolls to play with. and their bedding is home shredded News paper. also they have a coconut shell home i made them.

the other male hamster shows no flaking. but two of the new babies do. and i want know what it is. and some ways to treat it. do they need be separated form the others so they didn’t spread. or is it not contagious? and no i cant take them to a vet cause i have no money. im broke i bought these guys with some Christmas cash i had gotten. i didn’t want loose these cuties. love them to death. and if anyone has taken a hamster to a vet how much is something like this cost? if i could manage the money any time it might be too late. but im trying. looking online and see so many different things. im no cheep Just broke. im disabled and i live with my bf’s family and they take care of me. but it really makes no since to take a $11 hamster to a vet and be billed $50 -$200 for something i could done at home or did nothing at all.
well im sorry i dont have alot of money. and i would take him to a vet in a heart beat. but if i did have a dog or cat i still be having same problem. tell you truth this first time i ever had a pet this long with out someone killing it. im trying my bet. i can give it everything any pet needs but a vet visit. hell i cant evan take my self to the doc. i am almost unable to walk cause all my probs with bi polor and ptsd ok. i just wanted a little friend. have a pet for once and not afread some freak will kill it. my only experance with a vet was my grandmother’s 2 black bears and the guy OD them both. so i dont know im jsut asking for help dont sayim i am selfish trying pinch a penny or something. and i have a right to have a pet. im doing my best ok dont call me a worthless owner. i have see much worce trust me. atleast im trying.

im evan asking the folks i live with if we can go to the vet.

T_T my poor babies. why dose everything bad always happen.

After going over 6 months without working out…and I’m 40 pounds over weight…for a week now, I’ve began a workout routine. I’m at the gym three mornings a week, and I exercise nearly every evening. I’ve increased my workout majorly…considering I wasn’t exercising at all before. Coincidentally, my arms and legs have been itching since I began this routine. There are no signs of bug bites or rash, and Benadryl doesn’t help. At first I thought it was dry skin, but I soak myself in baby oil after every shower, and I use a very mild soap. I’m constantly slathering on the lotion as well. I haven’t changed my eating habits and the only pill I take is a multivitamin. I’ve had no changes in my laundry detergent or perfumes. My boss suggested that the itching might have something to do with circulation in my extremeties from the exercising. What do you think? I would appreciate any advice from health care professionals who know much about this…or anyone who has experienced something similar. Thanks so much in advance!
