If you are talking about very chapped lips, you can use medicated chap stick (like the kind skiers wear). If you are having an allergic response, you can go to a doctor and ask for him/her to prescribe a hydrocortisone ointment. Anything that looks very severe (like very painful, swollen lips) that don't go away should be seen by a doctor or dermatologist. Even if you don't think it's serious but are a bit worried about it, you should go to a specialist if you can afford it. Good luck! That's always been the best treatment for me, even when I had braces growing up.
