This sucks i dont know if the whole product sucks or if I was just the lucky one that recieved a defective steamer it doesnt steam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i followed directions to the T nothing works I Emailed Bust buy about it yesterday I recieved no response yet so so far the product sucks I have to return it and the customer service sucks!!!!!!!!

Product was brand new and at a significant discount price; product arrived in 3 days with regular shipping, ordered over the internet. Works great and I am most satisfied all around. I will be taking it with me on an airplane trip in 4 days.

I’d love to try this hair system. I live overseas, ordered it and it’s marked 120V AC, not dual voltage. I dare not plug it in to my 230V household current. Don’t know if it’s dual voltage or not but not willing to try. Just a warning.
